Individualized Programs: Training is customized to an athlete's sport, position, skill level, and personal goals to optimize results. Strength and Conditioning: Programs focus on building sport-specific strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility, emphasizing exercises that transfer directly to athletic performance. Skill Development: Trainers work on refining sport-specific techniques and improving overall agility, balance, and coordination. Injury Prevention and Recovery: Effective training incorporates exercises and education to prevent injuries, such as dynamic warm-ups, proper form, and balanced muscle conditioning, and includes recovery protocols like stretching, mobility work, and rest. Mental Training and Motivation: Successful programs integrate mental toughness, focus, and motivation techniques, teaching athletes resilience and strategies to handle the pressures of competition. Nutrition Guidance: Optimal training also includes guidance on diet and hydration, helping athletes fuel their bodies for high performance and effective recovery.
Cancellation Policy
Group Fitness Training Policy & Agreement Welcome to Fitness Junkie Gym! We’re excited to help you achieve your fitness goals as part of our group training sessions. Please review and agree to the following terms to ensure a safe, effective, and respectful experience for everyone involved. 1. Commitment & Attendance Group training classes are capped at 30 participants per session to ensure quality attention for everyone. Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal progress. If you’re unable to attend a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Payment & Fees Payment for group training is due on the 1st of each month. This payment secures your spot for the upcoming month’s sessions. Missed classes will not be refunded. However, makeup classes may be available depending on the schedule and availability. Late payments may incur an additional fee or could result in loss of your reserved spot. 3. Health & Safety Requirements Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that could affect their participation in fitness activities. A medical waiver may be required. We reserve the right to modify or restrict exercises for safety reasons. Proper workout attire and footwear are required to prevent injury. 4. Class Etiquette Arrive on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the session and risk injury. Be respectful of all participants and trainers, maintaining a positive and supportive environment. Follow all instructions from the trainer to ensure safety and maximize workout efficiency. 5. Cancellation & Termination Group classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified, and a makeup session will be offered if possible. The trainer reserves the right to discontinue any participant’s membership if there is consistent failure to follow policies, disruptive behavior, or any action that compromises the group’s safety or environment. 6. Personal Belongings Fitness Junkie Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables at home or secure them in a designated area during the session. 7. Media Release (Optional) By participating in our group training, you consent to be photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specify otherwise in writing. Agreement Acknowledgment By signing below, you agree to adhere to these policies for the duration of your participation in the group training sessions.
